Job Description
We are looking for an Outbound Sales Team Lead to manage a telesales team and support daily sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, sales targets, customer calls, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the outbound sales team.
- Track daily calling and sales performance.
- Guide team members to improve conversions.
- Monitor individual and team targets.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Handle customer-related sales concerns.
- Maintain daily performance reports.
- Coordinate with management on team progress.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Outbound Sales / Telesales Team Leadership.
- Experience handling a team of sales executives or callers.
- Good knowledge of sales targets and lead conversion.
- Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
