Educational Qualification
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute/University.
Experience
- Minimum 01–02 years of relevant experience in civil construction, maintenance, supervision, or infrastructure-related works in Government Departments, Public Sector Undertakings, Educational Institutions, or Private Organizations
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise routine civil maintenance, repair, and construction activities.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Inspect ongoing civil works and ensure adherence to approved specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and institute officials for smooth execution of projects.
- Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and site activities.
- Assist in measurement and verification of completed works.
- Report defects, maintenance requirements, and project status to higher authorities.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and procedures.
- Support preparation of basic reports and documentation related to civil works.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the competent authority.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
