Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Entry level Project Engineer with a basic background in Power Systems Engineering . This role focuses on the support function of main circuit equipment for medium to high complexity projects. The successful candidate will serve as a key technical contributor, collaborating across disciplines, suppliers, and customers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions that align with industry standards and customer expectations.
- Drive supplier documentation processes and ensure timely approvals.
- Conduct equipment-related studies to ensure compliance with contract specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate and review technical documentation, evaluate designs, and provide cross-disciplinary technical support.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to define and communicate technical requirements to suppliers.
- Support documentation related to equipment testing and site commissioning.
- Engage directly with customers and suppliers for technical coordination and issue resolution.
- Represent engineering in project meetings, presenting technical aspects and progress updates.
- Maintain a strong professional network and share best practices across projects.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of power system studies and electrical network modeling.
- Foundational understanding of electrical power system design.
- Familiarity with international standards such as IEC, IEEE, and DIN .
- Basic knowledge of power electronics applications in HV/EHV systems (e.g., HVDC, FACTS) is a plus.
- Understanding of equipment selection, sizing, and integration based on customer specifications.
- Basic knowledge of power systems equipment, including:
- Power Transformers, Capacitors, Reactors
- Instrument Transformers, Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors
- Surge Arresters, Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French, German, or Swedish is an advantage.
