We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist with strong expertise in end-to-end payroll processing and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll activities, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, and day-to-day HR operations while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with labor regulations.
Payroll Management
- Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees.
- Ensure accurate computation of salaries, incentives, reimbursements, overtime, deductions, and final settlements.
- Process payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, salary revisions, bonuses, and variable pay.
- Coordinate with finance and external payroll vendors, if applicable.
- Generate payroll reports, MIS, and reconciliation statements.
- Manage Full & Final (F&F) settlements for exiting employees.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely processing and compliance of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain statutory records and documentation.
- Coordinate audits and compliance-related activities.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Update and manage HRMS databases and employee information systems.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, attendance, and HR policies.
Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle
- Support recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare monthly HR and payroll dashboards.
- Maintain payroll records, salary structures, and employee files.
- Generate management reports and support HR analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll reporting.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
