STEM Trainer – Job Description
Job Title: STEM Trainer
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic STEM Trainer to inspire and educate students through hands-on learning in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). The trainer will design and deliver interactive sessions, facilitate project-based learning, and help students develop critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging STEM workshops, classes, and training programs.
- Teach STEM concepts through practical activities, experiments, and real-world applications.
- Facilitate learning in areas such as robotics, coding, electronics, engineering design, AI, IoT, and scientific inquiry.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and project-based learning activities.
- Guide students in building prototypes, conducting experiments, and completing STEM projects.
- Mentor students for STEM competitions, exhibitions, and innovation challenges.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain STEM lab equipment, kits, and learning resources.
- Collaborate with schools, educators, and parents to support student learning.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and STEM education trends.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of STEM concepts and interdisciplinary learning.
- Knowledge of robotics, coding, electronics, engineering design, or related technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage learners through interactive and experiential teaching methods.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Creativity in designing hands-on learning experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in STEM education, training, teaching, or mentoring is preferred.
- Certifications in STEM, robotics, coding, or educational technologies are an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience conducting STEM workshops, camps, or after-school programs.
- Familiarity with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, robotics kits, coding platforms, and educational technologies.
- Experience mentoring students for competitions and innovation challenges.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
