Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager to generate new business, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Schedule and attend client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain client records and daily sales reports (DSR).
- Build long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales.
- Experience in insurance, real estate, membership sales, or direct sales is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
