- Welcome and escort guests to their tables in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations when required.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel/restaurant service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to requests and resolving concerns promptly.
- Set up, clean, and maintain restaurant tables, service stations, and dining areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout service hours.
- Prepare bills and process guest payments as per company procedures.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist in banquet, outdoor catering, and special events as required.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to guests.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
