We are looking for a Strategic Operations Head to lead business operations, growth planning, process optimization, and cross-functional execution across the organization. The role requires a highly analytical and leadership-oriented professional capable of driving operational excellence, scaling business functions, and aligning teams with long-term company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with company goals
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and identify areas for improvement
- Drive process optimization, automation, and efficiency across departments
- Coordinate with leadership teams on growth initiatives and expansion plans
- Monitor business performance metrics and prepare operational reports
- Lead execution of high-priority projects and organizational initiatives
- Build scalable systems, SOPs, and operational frameworks
- Collaborate with finance, sales, HR, and marketing teams for streamlined execution
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective strategies
- Support decision-making through data analysis and market insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations, business strategy, or leadership roles
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and business processes
- Strong understanding of business growth and operational scaling
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, reporting tools, and operational dashboards
