JOB DESCRIPTION – PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Physician Assistant to support physicians and clinical teams in providing efficient and quality patient care. The role involves assisting with patient assessment, clinical procedures, documentation, coordination of investigations, and follow-up care under the supervision of the treating physician.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians in the assessment and management of patients.
- Obtain and document patient medical history, vital signs, and relevant clinical information.
- Support physicians during patient consultations and clinical procedures.
- Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their clinical condition to the concerned physician.
- Assist in performing routine clinical procedures as per competency and organizational protocols.
- Coordinate with nursing, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and other clinical departments for patient care.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information, clinical notes, treatment plans, and follow-up details.
- Assist in reviewing investigation reports and communicating relevant findings to the treating physician.
- Provide appropriate patient education and instructions as directed by the physician.
- Assist with patient follow-ups and continuity of care.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with applicable privacy requirements.
- Follow infection-control practices, patient-safety standards, and clinical protocols.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment used during patient care.
- Escalate emergencies or significant changes in patient condition immediately to the concerned medical team.
- Participate in clinical meetings, training programs, and quality-improvement activities.
- Perform other clinical responsibilities assigned by the reporting physician or management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant / Physician Associate or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Relevant registration/licensing as applicable to the role and location.
- Basic knowledge of clinical assessment, patient care, medical terminology, and healthcare procedures.
Experience
- Freshers can be considered based on organizational requirements.
- Candidates with relevant clinical experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
