Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Explain travel packages and customize itineraries based on customer needs
Convert leads into bookings through effective communication and sales skills
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel partners
Provide excellent customer support before and after bookings
Maintain customer records and follow up on leads regularly
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
Clear communication skills with a good accent and professional attitude
Experience in travel sales, telecalling, or customer support preferred
Knowledge of international destinations and tour packages
Confident in handling clients over calls and video meetings
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Positive personality and teamwork skills
