Job Overview
We are looking for a data-driven and hands-on e-commerce specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels. The role involves managing product listings, marketplace operations, performance marketing coordination, and optimizing the customer buying journey across multiple platforms.
1. Marketplace & Website Management
- Manage and optimize listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Shopify/Website.
- Ensure accurate product listings including images, descriptions, size charts, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor product performance and optimize for conversion rates and sales growth.
2. Brand Management
- Develop and maintain brand identity and positioning
- Ensure consistency across website, marketplace listings, and marketing campaigns
- Plan product launches and brand campaigns
- Build strong brand perception through storytelling and content strategy
3. E-commerce Management
- Manage and optimize listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces
- Monitor product performance, pricing, and competitor strategies
- Improve product visibility through SEO, keyword optimization, and content
- Manage product catalogs, images, A+ content, and product descriptions
- Coordinate with operations for inventory planning and order fulfillment
4. Product & Market Research
- Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research
- Suggest improvements for product packaging, pricing, and positioning
- Identify opportunities for new product launches
5. Sales & Performance Tracking
- Track daily sales, revenue, and marketplace performance.
- Analyze conversion rates, traffic, and customer behavior.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Plan and execute discount campaigns, seasonal sales, and promotions.
- Work with marketing teams for ads, banners, and product promotions.
- Monitor sales KPIs such as conversion rate, CTR, ROAS, and revenue
- Use analytics tools to identify growth opportunities
- Implement strategies to increase online revenue and brand visibility
