Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic Junior Sales Staff to assist customers, drive sales, and maintain store standards in our fashion retail outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with product selection.
- Achieve individual sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
- Support stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Handle billing and POS transactions.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in retail sales (fashion retail preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Willing to work weekends and retail shifts.
