Eligibility Criteria – Experienced Candidates (CPE AR Caller):
Good communication skills
Minimum 1 year of experience as an AR Caller
Career gap should not exceed 6 months
Immediate joiners only
Maximum age: 40 years (as per business requirement)
Shift timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Candidates who are currently employed but available to join AMI immediately may be considered, provided they can leave their current employment without serving the notice period. Such cases will be reviewed separately.
Candidates who will not be considered:
Candidates with Red Exit status or those who have absconded from previous organisations without a proper and clear exit process.
Candidates expecting a negative hike (compensation lower than their current salary).
Salary Details – CPE (AR Caller)
Category CTC In-hand Monthly variable incentive
Normal 30% hike on previous in-hand salary ₹7,000
MAX ₹50,000 ₹45,475 ₹7,000
