Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and curate engaging content including posts, reels, stories, captions, and videos.
Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Design social media creatives.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, hashtags, and platform updates.
Schedule and publish content while maintaining brand consistency.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
Track social media performance metrics and prepare reports.
Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for campaigns and promotions.
Assist in paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities.
Handle social media reputation management and crisis communication when required.
Continuously suggest innovative ideas for better reach and engagement.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends.
Hands-on experience with Canva.
Basic understanding of reels/video editing is preferred.
Strong communication and caption-writing skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
