Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:-
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Meet quality and productivity targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
Required Skills:-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-centric approach and positive attitude.
ELIGIBILITY Criteria:-
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
