1. We are a property consultancy firm and we undertake residential projects for sale in Pune West.
2. The candidate must have prior experience of minimum 1 year in real estate
3. Company will generate the buyer's lead from various sources
4. Candidate is required to convert these leads into sales
5. Calling the leads, explaining the projects, countering their objections
6. Convincing the leads for the project site visit and finally converting them into sales.
KIND ATTENTION
We do not pay any fixed salary, we work purely on revenue sharing model. So candidate who believe they have great skills to convince the leads and converting them into sales --- those candidates will earn much much bigger compared to salary.
Higher the RISK - Greater the REWARD.
Location : Pune West (Hinjewadi, Wakad, Punawale, Ravet, Mamurdi)
10 days of training & handholding will also be given to selected candidates.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
