To maintain the safety and security of the company premises, employees, visitors, and assets by monitoring entry and exit, patrolling the premises, and ensuring compliance with company security procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Verify visitor details and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
- Check employee ID cards and maintain gate discipline.
- Record inward and outward movement of materials and vehicles.
- Conduct regular patrols around the factory and office premises.
- Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or security incidents immediately.
- Ensure unauthorized persons do not enter restricted areas.
- Assist during emergencies such as fire, accidents, or evacuations.
- Monitor CCTV systems (if assigned) and report unusual activities.
- Maintain security registers and daily reports accurately.
- Coordinate with HR and management regarding security-related matters.
- Ensure gates and access points are properly secured during and after working hours.
- Follow all company safety, security, and emergency procedures.
Skills Required:
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Good observation and alertness.
- Ability to communicate politely with employees and visitors.
- Discipline, honesty, and responsibility.
- Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.
Qualification:
- 10th Pass or equivalent preferred.
- Basic security training is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 0–1 Year: Fresher can apply.
- 1–3 Years: Experience as a Security Guard preferred.
- Experience in industrial or textile companies is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8,536.73 - ₹24,202.41 per month
