Shift Duties: Ready to work in Rotational Shift.
Job Description: :
1) Proper identification of the patient’s collected blood sample / body fluids
2) Accurately label all samples.
3) Maintain Critical Value Register, Maintain Turn Around Time (TAT)
4) Maintain confidentiality of the patient’s identity
5) Obtain the correct specimen for the advised test. .
6) Treat samples correctly. Explain procedures to the patients before Phlebotomy.
7) Collecting blood or specimen samples from patients.
8) Cleaning equipments and maintain a sterile laboratory environment.
9) Also receiving tissue samples from patients.
10) Carry out routine and advanced laboratory tests using standard laboratory methods as per NABH Standards.
11) Operate equipment's and computerized instruments and performing number of tests at the same time.
12) Maintain registers of the patient’s data and their test to be conducted. Keep record of the patients data and updating the same in the software
13) Should be able to run various the tests on machines independently or under in charge Supervision.
14) Bio medical waste segregation as per MPCB guidelines.
15) To know and follow the quality control protocol established by Laboratory.
16) All work prescribed the management time to time as per the exigencies.
17) Following the hierarchy policy as per the organogram and working as per the same.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
