Krimaa Beauty is looking for an Influencer & PR Coordinator to help build meaningful relationships with creators, media, and industry partners while supporting our influencer marketing and public relations efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about beauty, social media, and community building.
Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Marketing
- Research and build influencer and creator databases.
- Identify creators aligned with Krimaa Beauty's values and audience.
- Manage influencer outreach and communication.
- Coordinate gifting, seeding, and product shipments.
- Track content deliverables, timelines, and campaign performance.
- Maintain relationships with creators and talent managers.
Public Relations
- Coordinate with PR agencies and external partners.
- Assist with media outreach and press opportunities.
- Manage press lists and media contacts.
- Support product launches, events, and PR initiatives.
- Track media coverage and campaign results.
Campaign Coordination
- Maintain influencer and PR calendars.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and campaign execution.
- Organize campaign reports and performance tracking.
- Assist with launch activations and brand events.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, creator partnerships, or social media.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and beauty creator ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or campaign tracking tools.
- Passion for beauty, culture, and digital communities.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month
