Jaywant Group is urgently hiring a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to manage incoming inquiries and nurture leads across our diverse portfolio of Industrial, Residential, and Commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement: Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns and property portals.
- Requirement Mapping: Understand client property requirements and pitch matching options from our multi-segment portfolio.
- Site Visit Bookings: Invite potential buyers for site visits and hand over qualified prospects to the direct sales team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions and schedules in the CRM software.
Requirements
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-calling, or Customer Service. (Freshers with excellent communication skills are highly encouraged).
- Languages: Fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication, confident phone etiquette, and active listening skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
