We are looking for a confident & result-driven Business Development Executive who can build relationships, pitch our services, generate leads, and convert them into clients. If you are good at communication, sales strategy & client handling—this role fits you.
Key Responsibilities
Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, Email Outreach, Social Media, Upwork & Freelance platforms
Pitch services like Digital Marketing, SEO, SMM, Website Development, Google Ads, Branding
Conduct cold calling + follow-ups to convert leads into customers
Schedule meetings and give service presentations to clients
Handle client queries, negotiate pricing & close deals
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign requirements
Maintain CRM, lead reports, and monthly sales pipeline
Achieve monthly sales targets and work on business expansion
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years experience as BDE, Sales, or Lead Generation (preferred from DM Industry)
Strong communication & convincing skills
Knowledge of online marketing services & trends
Experience in cold calling, lead pitching & negotiation
Ability to generate leads and convert independently
Target-oriented mindset & strong client handling ability
CRM knowledge (HubSpot/Zoho) is a plus
