Personal Assistant to Directors
Job Location: Maradu , Kochi
Experience: 5–10 years preferred

Job Responsibilities
- Manage Directors' calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of Directors.
- Maintain confidential files, documents, and records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Assist in office administration, documentation, and filing activities.
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualification
- Any Graduate.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is an advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
