We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Global Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition operations across India and the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in healthcare recruitment, team leadership, and strategic hiring for both clinical and non-clinical service lines. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive hiring excellence, build strong talent pipelines, and partner closely with business leaders to support global staffing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage recruitment teams across India and the Philippines.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for Clinical (Medical Coding / QA) and Non-Clinical (RCM / Intake) functions.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for niche US Healthcare and administrative roles.
- Partner with operational and business leadership to align hiring plans with organizational growth objectives.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements while maintaining quality-of-hire standards.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, team productivity, and hiring performance to optimize recruitment operations.
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication and provide regular hiring updates to leadership teams.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare BPO / RCM Recruitment.
- Proven experience managing remote or cross-border recruitment teams.
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare workflows, certifications, and industry hiring requirements.
- Experience hiring for Medical Coding, QA, RCM, Intake, and other healthcare support functions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
