- Conduct site surveys across Pune’s industrial & warehousing markets
- Map land parcels, buildings, and infrastructure with accuracy
- Maintain and update our master property database
- Analyse client requirements and prepare customised listings
- Create high-quality presentations and property decks
- Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and landlords
Qualification:
- 1–3 years of experience in backend operations; freshers with strong skills are also encouraged to apply
- Understanding of Pune’s industrial and warehousing clusters(not must-have)
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and mapping tools (Google Earth/GIS preferred)
- Detail‑oriented, organised, and comfortable with fieldwork
- Qualification: Graduate or Under‑Graduate
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
