We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bidder / Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Mohali. If you have hands-on experience with online bidding platforms, lead generation, and client communication, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Generate business through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer etc.
- Identify potential clients and submit winning proposals.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project estimations and delivery.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT bidding/business development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with proposal writing and client handling.
- Knowledge of web development, mobile app development, blockchain, or digital marketing services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
