- Cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to company standards.
- Making beds, changing linens, and replacing towels.
- Replenishing guest amenities such as toiletries, tea/coffee supplies, and bottled water.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting assigned areas.
- Reporting maintenance issues (e.g., broken lights, leaking taps, damaged furniture) to the appropriate department.
- Ensuring rooms are ready for new guests on time.
- Handling lost-and-found items according to company procedures.
- Following health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Responding politely to guest requests, such as providing extra towels or pillows.
- Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintaining housekeeping carts, supplies, and storage areas.
- Coordinating with the front office and other departments to ensure efficient room turnover.
Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
