- Shift Handover: Conducts routine facility rounds and prepares detailed logs or reports for the next shift.
Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), Healthcare Management, MSW, or an MBA.
- Experience: Generally requires 1 to 5+ years of experience in hospital operations or a supervisory healthcare role.
- Skills: Strong crisis management, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities under pressure.
