Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Business Rules Engine (BRE) implementations within the Banking/FinTech domain. The candidate should possess strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from banking stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, User Stories, Functional Specifications, and Process Documents.
- Configure and validate Business Rules Engine (BRE) logic.
- Perform rule testing, impact analysis, and business rule validation.
- Analyze data using SQL and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality banking solutions.
Mandatory Skills
- 2–3 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Banking/FinTech domain experience.
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules Engine (BRE).
- Requirement Gathering & Documentation.
- SQL / Database Querying.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Python knowledge/certification.
- Banking/Credit Process knowledge.
- Exposure to Data Management and GenAI tools.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
