Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for petrol pump construction
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project team
2. Leveling & Survey Work
- Perform level checking using Auto Level / Dumpy Level
- Ensure proper slope, drainage, and grading at site
- Verify layout marking as per drawings
3. BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)
- Prepare and verify BBS for RCC works
- Ensure proper cutting, bending, and placement of reinforcement
- Optimize steel usage and reduce wastage
4. Quality Control
- Ensure quality of materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.)
- Conduct site checks for RCC, shuttering, and finishing work
- Maintain quality as per IS standards
5. Quantity & Billing
- Prepare BOQ and quantity take-offs
- Check contractor bills and measurements
- Maintain daily progress reports
6. Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients
- Ensure timely approvals and inspections
- Handle site issues and provide technical solutions
7. Safety Compliance
- Ensure safety standards and practices at site
- Monitor PPE usage and safe working conditions
8. Documentation
- Maintain site records, DPR (Daily Progress Report), and checklists
- Keep records of drawings, revisions, and approvals
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of RCC work, foundations, and site execution
- Experience in petrol pump construction (preferred)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic MS Excel
- Good understanding of IS codes and construction standards
- Ability to handle site independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
