Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and operational.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate databases.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office administration or executive support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and office management procedures.

Pay: ₹10,637.66 - ₹16,974.30 per month
