Global Lead Generation: Identify and research potential international clients across target industries (E-commerce, cafes, skincare, Real Estate, Healthcare, etc.) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Appollo, Upwork, and cold outreach.
Outbound Sales Strategy: Execute cold calling, email marketing, and social selling to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
Consultative Selling: Understand the client’s business goals and pitch relevant ProPosting services (e.g., Performance Marketing for ROI, Brand Strategy for identity, Social Media for community building).
Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Proposal & Negotiation: Create compelling proposals and pitch decks tailored to international market standards. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals profitably.
Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on global digital marketing trends to effectively communicate value propositions to international prospects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, specifically within a Digital Marketing Agency or IT Services environment.
International Exposure is a Bonus: Proven track record of closing deals with clients in international markets (US/UK/Europe/UAE) is highly preferred.
Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing terminologies (SEO, PPC, ROAS, Content Strategy, Branding) to hold meaningful conversations with marketing heads and founders.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You must be able to write persuasive emails and speak confidently with C-level executives globally.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), Google Workspace, and LinkedIn networking.
Soft Skills: Resilience, high energy, self-motivation, and a "hunter" mindset.
