Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with vendors and service partners.
- Assign orders to the appropriate vendors or service providers as per defined SLAs.
- Track order progress and ensure timely delivery of all products and services.
- Monitor service quality and handle operational escalations effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of vendor performance and order tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, customer support) for smooth execution.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, vendor management, or order coordination (preferably in health-tech, e-commerce, or service-based startups).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and basic operational tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Work Setup:
- 6-day work week: 5 days from office + 1 day work from home.
