Telecaller – Ivory Dental Clinic | Seawoods, Navi Mumbai
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team.
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming patient enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective patients.
- Convert enquiries into appointments.
- Coordinate with the front desk and maintain call records.
- Provide a warm and professional patient experience.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English; Marathi preferred).
- Good convincing and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in telecalling/customer service is preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
