Job Summary:
The CRM Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver smooth and effective services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor client satisfaction and retention levels.
- Prepare reports on client interactions and business progress.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM software)
- Customer service and client management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA / B.Com preferred)
Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management or Client Handling is preferred.
