Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled STP Operator to manage and monitor day-to-day operations of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). The candidate will be responsible for operating plant equipment, monitoring treatment processes, and ensuring smooth plant functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor STP equipment and systems
- Check pumps, blowers, motors, valves, and treatment units regularly
- Monitor wastewater treatment parameters and plant performance
- Maintain operational logs and daily reports
- Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting activities
- Follow safety and environmental compliance procedures
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of STP operations and wastewater treatment processes
- Ability to handle plant equipment and operational issues
- Good troubleshooting and monitoring skills
- Basic documentation and reporting knowledge
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in STP/ETP/WTP plant operations
- Ability to work in shifts and handle plant operations independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
