Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Medical Officer during patient consultations and emergency care.
- Assess patients and provide Basic Life Support (BLS) as required.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs.
- Administer first aid and emergency care within the scope of practice.
- Safely transport patients when referral or hospitalization is required.
- Maintain ambulance readiness, including medical equipment and emergency supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness and infection control standards inside the MMU.
- Maintain accurate patient records and daily activity logs.
- Support health camps, community outreach programs, and preventive healthcare initiatives.
- Coordinate with hospitals and healthcare facilities during patient referrals.
Eligibility
- Diploma/B.Sc. in Emergency Medical Technology or Paramedical Sciences.
- Valid BLS certification (ALS certification is an added advantage).
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience as an EMT or Paramedic.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of emergency medical procedures and patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergencies.
- Team-oriented with a patient-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel and work in field-based healthcare settings.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
