Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Field Recruitment Executive to support technician hiring activities. The role involves setting up recruitment stalls, generating candidate leads, and engaging with potential technician candidates in local markets, hardware shops, electrical stores, construction material shops, and other high-footfall locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Set up and manage recruitment stalls in assigned locations.
2. Promote technician job opportunities offered by Fixzep.
3. Approach and interact with electricians, plumbers, carpenters, AC technicians, appliance technicians, and other skilled workers.
4. Explain job roles, benefits, and earning opportunities.
5. Collect candidate details through forms or mobile applications.
6. Screen candidates for basic eligibility.
7. Maintain daily records of leads generated and applications collected.
8. Coordinate with the HR team for candidate follow-up and interview scheduling.
9. Identify new locations and opportunities for technician sourcing.
Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma or Degree preferred
2. Good communication skills in Tamil.
3. Comfortable interacting with people in public places.
4. Ability to travel within assigned areas.
5. Basic Smartphone and WhatsApp usage skills.
6. Prior experience in sales, marketing, field promotion, or recruitment is an advantage.
Performance Expectations
*Generate a minimum number of technician leads/applications as assigned.
*Maintain accurate candidate data.
*Ensure professional representation of the company at all recruitment events.
Compensation Structure
Daily wage: ₹400 – ₹600 per working day.
Additional performance incentives may be provided based on qualified candidate conversions.
Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹600.00 per day
