Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B Sales & Marketing)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth through telecalling, B2B client acquisition, field marketing activities, lead generation, and proposal management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling & Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and businesses.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Follow up with potential customers to schedule meetings and presentations.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
B2B Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and potential corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present company products/services to prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
Outdoor Marketing & Field Activities
- Visit Corporate offices to generate leads.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
Proposal & Client Communication
- Prepare and send professional email proposals and quotations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and follow-up.
- Respond to client inquiries and maintain regular communication.
- Track proposal status and ensure timely closure of opportunities.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily call reports and visit reports.
- Update sales pipeline and lead status regularly.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management.
