- Bachelor’s Degree in:

- Business Administration (BBA)

- Finance or related field
Preferred Skills / Additional Qualification
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting)
- Experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, incentive calculation, payroll support
- Knowledge of stock broking / financial services industry preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle large data and prepare management reports
Experience Requirement (Suggested)
- 1–3 years’ experience in MIS / Operations / Marketing Coordination / Brokerage back-office preferred
- (Freshers with strong Excel skills can also be considered.)

- NISM Certifications
