Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Engineer to support and execute engineering projects within the pharmaceutical consultancy industry. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, documentation, and monitoring of pharmaceutical engineering projects related to facility setup, equipment installation, utilities, HVAC, cleanrooms, qualification, and compliance activities.
The ideal candidate should possess technical expertise in pharmaceutical engineering systems along with knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and execution of pharmaceutical engineering and consultancy projects.
- Coordinate installation, commissioning, and qualification activities for equipment and utilities.
- Prepare project schedules, engineering documents, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within approved timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Support HVAC, cleanroom, water systems, compressed air, and utility-related projects.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Prepare and review engineering documentation including URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, SOPs, and protocols.
- Participate in site inspections, audits, and validation activities.
- Track project risks, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Maintain proper project records and reporting documentation.
- Provide technical support during regulatory inspections and client audits.
- Assist in troubleshooting engineering and operational issues during project execution.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation, or Pharmaceutical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical projects, engineering, or consultancy.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical facility and utility systems.
- Understanding of GMP, WHO, USFDA, EU GMP, and other regulatory standards.
