Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Admin Executive / Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate visitor management procedures.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle courier services, incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations.
- Support administrative activities such as filing, data entry, and record management.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
- Ensure the reception and office areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Administration, Reception, Front Office, or related roles.
- Freshers with good communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of office administration procedures.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
