Job Summary
Sree Raghavendra Electric Services Pvt. Ltd. (SRES) is looking for experienced Testing & Service Engineers to join our Electrical Testing & Service team. The selected candidates will be responsible for testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of HT/LT electrical equipment, ensuring reliable and safe operation at customer sites and factory.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform testing and commissioning of 11 kV/33 kV HT Panels, LT Panels, and electrical systems.
- Carry out testing, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Transformers, Switchgear, Circuit Breakers, Current Transformers (CT), and Potential Transformers (PT).
- Conduct insulation resistance tests, continuity tests, ratio tests, relay testing, and functional testing.
- Diagnose electrical faults and provide effective corrective actions.
- Attend customer sites for installation, preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and service activities.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLD), control schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Prepare testing reports, service reports, and commissioning documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with project engineers, clients, and supervisors for smooth project execution.
- Maintain testing instruments and ensure proper handling of electrical equipment.
Required Skills
- Experience in HT/LT Electrical Testing and Service.
- Knowledge of 11 kV/33 kV Electrical Panels.
- Hands-on experience with Transformers, Switchgear, CTs, PTs, and Circuit Breakers.
- Familiarity with electrical testing instruments and commissioning procedures.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot electrical faults.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for site service activities when required.
