Role Definition
Sakshar Academy is looking for a creative and result-oriented Freelance Social Media Manager to manage and grow the academy's online presence. The role involves content planning, social media management, audience engagement, and brand promotion to increase awareness and admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
Design and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
Coordinate with the academy team to gather content related to classes, events, student achievements, and academic activities.
Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages and comments.
Suggest creative ideas and campaigns to improve reach and engagement.
Track performance metrics and share monthly reports.
Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in Social Media Management.
Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing.
Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
Strong communication and content creation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in the education sector especially in coaching classes is an added advantage.
