Role Description The Lead Generation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities for Nexfore Consulting’s safety and consulting services. Daily tasks include researching target markets, building prospect lists, and generating new leads through calls, emails, and online platforms. The role involves engaging with prospective clients to understand their needs, presenting Nexfore’s service offerings, and scheduling meetings or demonstrations for the sales team. The Lead Generation Executive maintains accurate records in CRM tools, prepares brief reports on lead performance, and collaborates closely with sales and marketing to improve outreach strategies. This position requires consistent follow-up, clear communication, and a proactive approach to meeting lead generation targets.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in New Leads and Lead Generation, with experience creating and managing prospect pipelines.
- Strong Market Research skills to identify target industries, key decision-makers, and business opportunities.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with prospective clients and internal teams.
- Basic to intermediate Sales skills, such as handling initial inquiries, presenting services, and supporting conversion activities.
- Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools and proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity software.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed lead generation targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in B2B services or consulting is an asset.
- Strong professional ethics, attention to detail, and interest in safety, compliance, and consulting services.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
