Job Summary
B R Bang Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to expand our distribution network and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, appointing new dealers and distributors, maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring market coverage, and executing company sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets assigned by the company.
- Generate new business by appointing dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and merchandising in the market.
- Collect market intelligence regarding pricing, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Increase product availability and expand the company's market presence.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely stock availability and order fulfillment.
- Prepare Daily Sales Reports (DSR), tour plans, and other required MIS reports.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments wherever applicable.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Work closely with the Area Sales Manager and submit regular performance updates.
- Represent the company professionally while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all company sales policies and procedures.

- Achievement of monthly sales targets.
- New dealer/distributor appointments.
- Market coverage and beat completion.
- Billing productivity.
- Product availability and visibility.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is preferred).
- 1–4 years of FMCG sales experience.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales attitude may also apply.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
