Lead Generation Specialist

Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9 AM – 6 PM
We are hiring a Lead Generation Specialist with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads to manage and optimize lead generation campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run Meta & Google lead generation campaigns
- Optimize CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversions
- Manage Lead Form and Website campaigns
- Work on audience targeting and re-targeting
- Track campaign performance using Meta Pixel & Google Analytics
- Coordinate with sales and creative teams
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in Meta Ads/Google Ads
- Strong understanding of paid lead generation
- Experience with conversion campaigns and analytics tools
- Good communication and analytical skills
