We are seeking a passionate and skilled React Native Developer with 3 to 5yrs experience to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. The role involves collaborating with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to build secure, scalable, and user-friendly apps across diverse domains such as fintech, mobility, and enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with React Native, TypeScript/JavaScript, APIs, and mobile deployments, with a strong eye for performance and UI/UX.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless features.
- Build pixel perfect, responsive UIs across multiple devices.
- Integrate and optimize RESTful APIs, SDKs and native modules.
- Implement features such as maps integration, background location tracking, push notifications, SSO authentication, and payments.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across iOS & Android.
- Debug and resolve issues, optimize performance, and manage app stability.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, ensuring high coverage with Jest/React Testing Library.
- Manage app releases on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated + manual deployments.
- Stay updated with emerging trends (Web3, fintech APIs, blockchain, digital wallets, Firebase, Expo, Flutter, etc.) and adopt them when relevant.
Essential Skills:
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and JSX.
- Proficiency in state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with Firebase, Google Maps SDK, push notifications, and third-party SDKs.
- Experience deploying and publishing apps on App Store and Play Store.
- Familiarity with mobile app lifecycle, UI/UX principles, and performance tuning.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Fastlane).
- Basic understanding of Swift (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android) for native integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a cross-functional Agile team.
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Web3, blockchain, or fintech applications.
- Exposure to Flutter or other cross-platform frameworks.
- Familiarity with Storybook, Figma, and design systems.
- Experience in mentoring juniors or leading small teams.
- Knowledge of AI/ML integrations in mobile apps.
