- Critical Areas (Allocated by In-charge) Works to be done in Rounds Complaints to be collected from Patient and Patient attendants. Minor complaints to be intimated to the concerned department immediately Sensitive issues will be handled with the help of PSO In-charge Collecting the feedback of discharged patients Counselling to be given for the needed patients as per doctors, Staffs or attendants request. Compulsory counselling given for AMA, poisoning & hanging patients Registers
- Counselling Register - List of counselling patient to be entered in the register manually Weekly Work Feedback Collect feedback form from all suggestion boxes All feedbacks sent to concern incharges for their remarks Feedback with incharges remarks are submitted to OM Send thanks letter to the patients Meeting •Executive Council Meeting Monthly Work Reports
•Preparation of feedback consolidation report for IP
•Preparation of feedback consolidation report for OP
•Preparation of Discharge process report
•Preparation of Probable date of discharge (PDD) report
•Quality Indicator report for NABH
•To raise department indent items To do list Training
•To attend 10 modules on monthly basis
•100% feedback collection •Convince the AMA patient to retain
