Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Architectural Drafting Resource with 10–12 years of experience and strong expertise in Revit-based modeling and documentation. The role focuses on producing accurate drawings, coordinated BIM models, and supporting design teams in delivering high-quality construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting & Documentation

Prepare detailed architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and detailing

Develop construction drawings and GFC documentation

Modify and update drawings based on design changes and review comments

Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, codes, and company guidelines Revit / BIM Modelling

Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit
-
Extract 2D drawings, schedules, and quantities from BIM models
-
Develop and use Revit families, templates, and libraries

Update BIM models throughout project lifecycle as per revisions and coordination inputs
Coordination
-
Coordinate with architects, MEP, and structural teams for integrated model development

Assist in clash detection and issue resolution during design development

Incorporate consultant inputs into the model ensuring accurate and coordinated outputs
Quality & Compliance

Perform quality checks (QC) on drawings and models for accuracy and completeness

Follow BIM standards, naming conventions, and project protocols

Maintain proper documentation and revision records
Support to Design Team

Assist architects in translating concepts into detailed drawings

Support preparation of presentation drawings and 3D views

Provide input on constructability and detailing aspects
Qualifications & Requirements:
Technical Skills
Expert in Autodesk Revit (modeling + documentation)
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM workflows
Understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and standards
Experience in model coordination and clash resolution tools (e.g., Navisworks)
Knowledge of materials, detailing, and building systems
Functional Skills
Strong documentation and detailing skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to handle large, complex drawing sets
Soft Skills
Good team coordination and communication skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Problem-solving approach for resolving drafting issues
