ERP Software Developer (NIT Graduate Preferred)
Job Summary
Maa Kudargarhi Group is looking for a talented and passionate ERP Software Developer to join our in-house technology team. Fresh graduates from NITs are encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will work on designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining ERP solutions to support manufacturing, mining, rice processing, and corporate operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ERP modules and business applications.
- Build scalable web applications and APIs for internal business processes.
- Develop and customize modules for HR, Payroll, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, Finance, Production, and CRM.
- Integrate ERP systems with third-party applications and databases.
- Troubleshoot software issues and optimize application performance.
- Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Maintain database integrity, backups, and application security.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python, Java, C#, or PHP
- Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Frameworks such as Django, Laravel, .NET, Spring Boot, or React (any one is preferred)
- SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
- REST APIs and database design
- Git/GitHub version control
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Good communication and teamwork
Qualification
- B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline
- Graduates from NITs are preferred.
- Freshers with strong academic projects, internships, or coding skills are welcome.
Preferred Skills
- ERP/CRM development experience
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- AI tools, automation, and workflow optimization
- Docker, CI/CD, and software testing concepts
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
